Terms & Conditions

  • Bookings are essential as the venue is not manned.  We do not accept walk-in bookings at our venue.
  • Industry approved solid full face protection must be worn at all times in the gaming fields and designated areas. Glasses are not accepted as suitable eye protection.
  • All participants wishing to enter the field are required to complete a disclaimer form.  We do not permit entourages into the area of play.
  • Upon returning to safe zones players must ensure that their guns are left in the gun racks or allocated areas on safe.
  • When the safety call “EYES!” is given everyone is to repeat it loud and clear immediately. All fire must be stopped at once and all guns are to be placed on the ground until further notice by the game marshal/referee.
  • Physical contact or verbal abuse is NOT permitted, and will result in an immediate ban.
  • Climbing on any obstacles (including walls, barrels, pallets, trees etc) is prohibited.
  • Our entire venue is smokefree, including the carpark.
  • All rental guns and gear that are the property of Xtreme Outdoors/The Armory or World Challenge Tag must remain on site at all times.
  • Customers guns must have an appropriate cover or carry case/bag when entering or leaving the premises. The field limit for participating in games run by our staff are 395FPS tested on 0.20BB’s and the maximum weight is 0.32.
  • Use of ammo other than that provided by Xtreme Outdoors/The Armory or World Challenge Tag is NOT permitted in rental guns.
  • All instructions of game marshal(s) must be followed in a timely manner.
  • Consumption of alcohol or drugs by any player before or during the game is strictly prohibited.

Age and Parental Consent

  • All participants under 16 years old, or those aged 16-17 without a current NZ firearms license, must have a completed parental consent form from a parent or guardian. Entry will not be allowed without a properly completed form.
  • For groups with players 15 years old or younger, one parent or guardian must remain on-site during the game.
  • No participant under the age of 16 may participate unless they have their own equipment.

Lifetime Memberships

  • Lifetime memberships may be revoked if a member fails to adhere to these rules.
  • Lifetime memberships are valid for the duration of the business’s operation and are non-refundable once benefits have been used.

Insurance for Airsoft Clubs

  • All Airsoft clubs are required to have their own Public Liability Insurance. If no insurance is provided, clubs must adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

         Booking Deposit:

  • A deposit of $150 is required to confirm and secure your booking.
  • Payments can be made via internet banking or by providing credit card details over the phone. Once your deposit is received, your booking date and time will be secured.

          Cancellation Policy:

  • All deposits and payments made to secure a booking are non-refundable.
  • However, if you give us at least two business days’ notice, we are happy to rebook you for another date. Your deposit or payment will be credited toward the new booking, provided the new date is within six months.
  • Cancellations are only considered valid once you have communicated directly with us and a new booking has been confirmed.
  • Adjustments to bookings can only be made two standard business days before the original booking.
  • Our business operates regardless of weather conditions. If you or your group decide to cancel without notifying us during standard business hours, your booking will be non-refundable.
  • If weather conditions make it unsafe to proceed, we will offer either a full refund or a credit toward a future booking.
  • If your group arrives late, your playing time will be reduced accordingly. If you are more than 45 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled with no refund.

Payment Methods:

  • Credit Card payments are accepted via Visa or Mastercard. – Payments can be made over the phone or bank transfer.

Equipment Rental Policy

  • A repair or replacement fee of at least $100 will be charged for any equipment that is damaged, lost, or not returned.
